The Twins finished in the basement of the AL Central, the San Francisco Giants were World Champions, and Father John Ubel stepped up to the plate and became Rector at the Cathedral of Saint Paul. Twelve years later, he’s taking his talents back to Saint Agnes Catholic Church.

It’s sad to see him go, but his time at the “National Shrine” was also a blessing in a number of ways. A few of us would like to give Father Ubel a gift to express to him in some small way how meaningful his priesthood has been to us.

You may have noticed a baseball theme here, and that’s because Father Ubel loves baseball. As a thank-you gift, we would like to bring Father Ubel to a Twins game in an exclusive area of Target Field.
To pull this off, we need at least ten people to attend. This is necessary to get the group rate and to make it a party.
The game will be on September 24th, 25th, or 26th. All of these are at 6:40 PM versus Miami.
The current plan involves buying tickets in the "Thrivent Club." The cost of these tickets is around $90.00 apiece. However, there's a possibility that attendees may not have to pay the whole amount if people who can't make it to the game donate to the cause.
Fill out this form if you are interested in going to the game or donating to the cause. You won't be locked in at this time.
